Okonomiyaki
My absolute favorite meal from Japan was okonomiyake. I ran across the recipe I brought back recently and decided to post it here for safe keeping. I've lost it a million times and it has recently become rather worn and torn. Chuckles.
For those who don't know or have not been exposed to it, okonomiyake is 'japanese pizza'. I've also heard it referred to as 'japanese pancake'. But it's really neither. The closest it gets to being pizza is the diversity with which you can add toppings or ingredients to it.
